MAXI-SPAN NON-METALLIC EXPANSION JOINTS WITHSTAND HEAVY VIBRATION

The General Rubber Style 1095 Maxi-Span Non-Metallic Expansion Joints are often used in the most demanding industrial ducting systems, particularly where flutter or heavy vibration would fatigue fiberglass reinforced or metallic joints. Maxi-Span joints absorb all directional ducting movements, reduces system noise, isolate shock and vibration and compensate for misalignment. Constructed of solid Fluoroplastic PTFE, the Style 1095 Maxi-Joint have no fiberglass components to fatigue, are resistant to chemicals, and are rated to 500°F continuous service with a pressure rating of ±3 PSI.

Lightweight and high in strength, they are simple to install in new construction or retrofit applications. Custom engineered frames are available as well as variations in materials, such as Flow Liners/Baffles for highly abrasive service and Insulation Pillows for higher system temperatures.
