The Series 7250 open type pinch valve is ideally designed for use in abrasive and corrosive chemical process applications with high flow velocities and/or substantial amounts of solids. The Series 7250 is a reliable, cost effective and virtually maintenance-free pinch valve.
The Series 9250 open type pinch valve, with hard service type sleeve, is ideal for use in higher line pressure process applications. The elastomeric sleeve features a flange which requires no gasketing.
The rubber sleeve is the only part of the valve that is in contact with the flow media. When the valve is in the open position, the smooth unbroken contour of the rubber sleeve assures unobstructed flow without dead spots or cavities. The sleeve eliminates maintenance downtime as well as the need for expensive exotic valve materials.
